Oncall Shift keeps your on-call rota, reminds you before a shift starts, logs the call-outs you take and works out what you're owed.
Email luciteck@gmail.com. Tell me which iPhone and iOS version you're on and what you expected to happen โ that usually gets to an answer in one reply.
Everything works for 30 days from first launch. After that the app becomes read-only: your existing shifts and incidents stay visible, editable and exportable, and only adding new ones needs the one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it follows you to any iPhone signed in to it.
Turn on Sync shifts to calendar in Settings and pick a calendar belonging to the account you want. The app writes to calendars on your iPhone, and iOS syncs them onwards โ so the calendar you choose has to be one that already syncs with Google, iCloud or Outlook on the device.
Check the rates in Settings. Standby is split day by day, so a shift that spans a weekend or a public holiday is billed at the relevant rate for each day. A public holiday overrides the weekend rate when both fall on the same day. Call-out pay uses the durations of the incidents you logged, with the optional minimum applied per incident.
It shouldn't โ the export uses the field separator your region's spreadsheet expects. If it still happens, tell me your country and which app you opened it in.
Use Get my country's holidays in Settings โบ Pay โบ Public holidays. If your country isn't listed or a day is missing, add it by hand โ imported and manual holidays behave identically.
